Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through www.novus-sim.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed as soon as reasonably possible after the purchase contract has been concluded and payment has been successfully received.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise specified for particular products.

Certain products, including simulator systems, motion platforms, or custom configurations, may require additional assembly or production time before shipment. In such cases, estimated lead times may be indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are delivered using professional courier services, typically UPS or equivalent international carriers.

The available shipping options and shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Depending on the destination and the contents of the order, shipments may be transported by:

  • standard parcel courier delivery
  • international courier services
  • specialized logistics partners for large shipments

3. Shipping Destinations

GT INDUSTRIES ships worldwide.

Shipping availability, delivery times, and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and the items ordered.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • destination country
  • package size and weight
  • number of packages
  • selected shipping method

The final shipping cost is displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

5. Multiple Packages

Due to the size and packaging requirements of simulator equipment and related hardware, orders may be shipped in multiple separate packages.

This helps to:

  • improve handling during transport
  • reduce the risk of damage
  • ensure safe delivery of components

Packages may arrive separately, even though they are dispatched as part of the same order.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery times for standard shipping are approximately 3–15 business days, depending on the destination and the contents of the order.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • courier service delays
  • customs inspections
  • international logistics disruptions
  • weather conditions
  • peak shipping seasons

GT INDUSTRIES cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external factors.

7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • handling fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

GT INDUSTRIES has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

8. Damaged, Missing, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

Upon delivery, the recipient is responsible for inspecting the shipment and packaging.

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, delayed, or lost, the recipient must report the issue within 14 days from the delivery date.

Reporting Shipping Damage or Missing Items

If damage or missing items are discovered, the recipient should follow the official UPS claim procedure:

  1. The recipient must report the damage to the local UPS office within 14 days of delivery.
  2. The recipient should arrange collection of the shipment with UPS.
  3. The courier will collect the damaged package in its original packaging and transport it to a local UPS center.
  4. UPS will inspect the shipment, assess the damage, and create an official damage report.
  5. Based on this report, the claim or compensation request will be processed.

Filing a Claim Online

Claims may also be submitted through the UPS website:

The claim should include:

  • photos of the damaged product
  • photos of the outer packaging
  • photos of the inner packaging
  • clear photos showing the damage

If the documentation is sufficient, UPS may use it to prepare the official inspection report.

Important Notice

Damage, missing items, delay, or loss must be reported within 14 days from the delivery date.

If the issue is not reported within this period, and the official courier procedure is not completed, GT INDUSTRIES may not be able to process claims, replacements, or compensation requests related to the shipment.
