This Warranty & Support Policy describes the warranty coverage and support services provided by GT INDUSTRIES d.o.o. for products purchased through www.novus-sim.com.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. General Warranty Terms

GT INDUSTRIES provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the product.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The warranty applies only to defects that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

3. Warranty Periods

The following warranty periods apply to products manufactured or supplied by GT INDUSTRIES.

X Cage – Chassis

The Novus X Cage chassis is covered by a 50-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal use.

This warranty applies specifically to the main chassis components.

X Motion Kit

The X Motion Kit is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Motion Electronics and Control Systems

Motion electronics, control systems, and related hardware components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

4. Turnkey Simulator Systems

GT INDUSTRIES also offers complete turnkey simulator solutions, which may include multiple components sourced from different manufacturers.

A turnkey simulator system may include, for example:

  • simulator chassis and frame
  • motion platform
  • wheelbase and steering wheel
  • pedals
  • display systems or VR equipment
  • computer hardware
  • accessories and mounting components

Each component included in a turnkey system may be subject to its own manufacturer’s warranty terms and warranty period.

GT INDUSTRIES will assist customers with warranty coordination and support, but the warranty conditions for third-party components are governed by the original manufacturer’s warranty policies.

Warranty periods for turnkey system components may therefore differ depending on the product manufacturer.

Customers will be informed about the applicable warranties for components included in their turnkey system.

5. Warranty Coverage

If a product is found to contain a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, GT INDUSTRIES may, at its discretion:

  • repair the defective component
  • replace the defective component
  • provide a replacement product
  • provide another appropriate solution

Warranty service may include replacement parts, repair instructions, or other support necessary to restore normal functionality.

6. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • improper installation
  • misuse or negligent operation
  • unauthorized modifications
  • improper electrical connections
  • accidents, impacts, or external damage
  • normal wear and tear
  • cosmetic damage (scratches or surface wear)
  • operation outside the intended use of the product
  • commercial use without prior agreement where required

Damage caused by failure to follow installation or operating instructions may void the warranty.

7. Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please contact:

  • description of the issue
  • photos or videos showing the problem if available

Additional information may be requested to evaluate the claim.

GT INDUSTRIES may request that the product or defective component be returned for inspection.

  • remote troubleshooting assistance
  • software or firmware guidance

If physical inspection or repair is required, instructions will be provided regarding the return or shipment of the product or affected components.

Shipping responsibilities related to warranty claims may vary depending on the situation and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Limitation Of Warranty

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GT INDUSTRIES shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • loss of use of the product
  • loss of profit or business interruption
  • damage to third-party equipment connected to the system

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

GT INDUSTRIES provides technical support for products purchased through our website.

11. Commercial Use
